Rules, regulations, and terms governing the use of TempoSwap decentralized exchange.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TempoSwap (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. TempoSwap is a decentralized exchange protocol deployed on Tempo Network that enables peer-to-peer token trading through automated market maker (AMM) smart contracts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform
You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
You must have a compatible Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to interact with the Platform
3. Platform Services
TempoSwap provides the following decentralized services:
Token Swaps -- Exchange tokens using AMM liquidity pools
Liquidity Pools -- Provide liquidity and earn trading fees
Yield Farming -- Earn rewards by staking LP tokens
Bridge -- Transfer assets across supported chains
Points System -- Earn points through platform activity
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
You must verify all transaction details before confirming any on-chain transaction
You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible
You must not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
You must not attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Platform's smart contracts
You must not use bots or automated tools to unfairly manipulate trading
5. Risks
By using TempoSwap, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
Market Risk -- Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can result in significant losses
Impermanent Loss -- Providing liquidity may result in impermanent loss compared to holding tokens
Slippage -- Large trades may experience price slippage due to low liquidity
Network Risk -- Blockchain congestion or downtime may affect transactions
Regulatory Risk -- Cryptocurrency regulations may change in your jurisdiction
6. Fees
A 0.3% swap fee is charged on each trade, distributed to liquidity providers
Tempo Network has zero gas fees, making transactions free at the network level
Bridge transactions may incur fees from third-party bridge providers
Fee structures may be updated with prior notice to users
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Creating or trading tokens designed to scam, defraud, or mislead users
Wash trading or artificial volume manipulation
Front-running or sandwich attacks on other users' transactions
Exploiting smart contract vulnerabilities for personal gain
Impersonating the TempoSwap team or official accounts
Using the Platform from sanctioned countries or jurisdictions
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
8. Intellectual Property
The TempoSwap brand, logo, design, and user interface are the intellectual property of TempoSwap. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent. The underlying smart contracts are open-source and governed by their respective licenses.
9. Privacy
TempoSwap does not collect personal data or require KYC
All transactions are recorded on the public Tempo blockchain
Wallet addresses are pseudonymous but publicly visible on-chain
We may use analytics tools to improve user experience (no personal data collected)
We do not sell or share any user data with third parties
10. Limitation of Liability
TempoSwap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: trading losses, smart contract exploits, wallet compromises, network failures, or regulatory actions. Your use of TempoSwap is entirely at your own risk. Maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
